General conditions
The availability request is not binding and does not act as a contract neither for the Customer nor Victoria Apartments.
The booking request is an order form and therefore binding for the Customer but not for Victoria Apartments that is free to not accept the booking.
The booking confirmation which is sent by Victoria Apartments to the Customer is binding for both parties and it establishes the booking contract with option.
In the case of a deposit request, the Customer has to send it to Victoria Apartments within the indicated time period, so that the option is cleared and the booking is definitely confirmed. Victoria Apartments will send a confirmation e-mail to the Customer.
All reservations must be reconfirmed by email to info@victoria-apartments.it or phone (sms or Whatsapp) to the number +39 388 302 2404, accepting the cancellation conditions.
Terms & conditions
The reservation is binding for Victoria Apartments only upon reception of the deposit payment receipt.
The amount of the deposit is equal to 30% of the amount of the stay excluding optional services and final cleaning (which are included in the balance to be paid at check-in).
When your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation by email or phone (sms or Whatsapp) from the number +39 388 302 2404, which you must show at your check in.
Check in: from 2 pm to 8 pm.
Check out: from 8 am to 10 am.
Payment methods:

. credit card (no American Express);
. wire transfer;
. check.
Withdrawal
In case of cancellation of the reservation Victoria Apartments will receive the following indemnity on the total price of the stay:
. 30 days before arrival: 30%
. 29-15 days before arrival: 50%
. 14-0 days before arrival 100%.

Jurisdiction
The Court of Imperia will be exclusively competent for any dispute arising in relation to the interpretation, execution and / or termination of the reservation contracts to which the present conditions are applied when Victoria Apartments is involved in.
Tourist tax
From April to September included, city ta is € 0.50 per night for each person over the age of 14 for a maximum period of one week. This tax is not included in the price lists below.
